My parents have lived in their Dallas home for more than 30 years and it was in need a a major demo and upgrade on the outside. I searched Google reviews for the highest rated contractors who handled demo, fencing, tree removal, sprinklers, sod and more. On Point owner Jorge came to assess within a few days my family was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. He suggested ways to save my parents money and keep such a large project at a reasonable budget.

Beautiful and perfect. My old fence was falling down and I was replacing it one slat at a time. We should have called these guys sooner. We talked about the steps as it was in progress. We are very happy with the installation and results.

Fence Installation
I moved into my home three years ago and my entire fence needed to be replaced. Paid to have it done and needless to say it has not lasted. On Point Contractors came in and gave me a estimate on my fence repairs and did a Excellent job at a reasonable price. They didn’t try to give me unnecessary things to be done to my fence, the wood was salvageable so only the post needed to be done and the fence straighten. I definitely will be using them next year when we are ready to upgrade!

It was a pleasure interacting with Pedro with On Point Contractors. He is truly an expert, not only with solving my sprinkler system issues, but also with his customer service skills. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process – from the service call until the project was finished. He walked me through the areas needing attention, the pricing, and showed me how well each zone was watering after the repairs and repositioning of several sprinkler heads was completed. On Point Contractors hit the mark on quality of repairs, customer service during the repairs, and the follow-up afterwards making sure that I was satisfied. That’s pretty rare in today’s world.

The Racchio irrigation system is so easy to use. I operate it from my phone and can custom label all the areas of my yard as well as customize and maintain the watering schedule.
Mo and Sam were so awesome to work with and they made sure everything was exactly how it was supposed to run. They even helped me work my irrigation system remotely to help the sod establish itself. Such wonderful service!!

“My parents have lived in their Dallas home for more than 30 years and it was in need a a major demo and upgrade on the outside. I searched Google reviews for the highest rated contractors who handled demo, fencing, tree removal, sprinklers, sod and more. On Point owner Jorge came to assess within a few days my family was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. He suggested ways to save my parents money and keep such a large project at a reasonable budget. Within a day, he sent an extremely detailed estimate that included the removal of a very large tree (with stump grinding), trimming of a tree to prevent damage to the roof/skylight, demo/fill in of a 30-year old pool, demo of the wood deck removal of an 8-foot fence, replacement of the fence with zoned sprinklers, new sod to cover the area where the pool/deck were, removal of debris. The detailed estimate included photos and was line itemed so my folks would know how the costs were calculated. Jorge committed to installing a temp fence for my parents’ dog to still use his doggie door and also committed to finish the project in a week. The demo began in the front yard on a Wednesday with the tree crew removing the large tree (and trimming the other one), stacking it for compliance with City of Dallas bulk pickup and ensuring no extra charges would apply. In the backyard, demo project leader O bringing in the steer skid – he and Raul removed the pool and deck Wednesday and hauled off the debris. Thursday, another project manager, Mo, arrived with the fence team with supervisor Bernie and his team (Johnnie and Ocho) demoed the fence removed old vegetation and debris, and built the new fence the following day. We changed the gameplay mid-construction and asked for an additional gate – they installed it that day with minimal expense. During this time, the sod crew leader Sam began prepping meticulously for the new grass installation. Once installed, Mo immediately had the sprinkler system programmed to keep the backyard sod alive and had the excess sod placed in an area of the front yard where needed – bonus! Most important, the communication from Jorge, Mo and O was frequent and accurate. I’d get an update every morning and evening about the plan for the day and the following and exactly what time to expect which crews. When questions arose that required me and/or my parents to come into the yard, Mo or O courteously and safely helped us navigate the work zone and offered suggestions on the project. The goal was always to stay within budget, wrap up in a week and end with a safe and attractive property. Owner Jorge came to check progress daily. My parents are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and materials, the speed of the work – and that we stayed within budget. I did get other estimates – we chose On Point Contractors because my parents really liked Jorge and felt sincerity and trust when we met for the estimate walk through – but the On Point Estimate just happened to also be the best value. We would pick On Point again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others. It was the best large home project customer service experience I’ve had.”
