On Point Contractors transformed Eric’s Grand Prairie, Texas property, addressing various outdoor projects. Eric aspired to honor his grandmother’s memory by creating a welcoming home.
Our journey began with clearing debris, old pavers, and an outdated fence. We replaced it with a striking 8-foot Estacado Fence, characterized by Western Red Cedar and Black Steel framing. To ensure hassle-free yard maintenance, we installed a comprehensive irrigation system covering the front, back, and sides. Additionally, we enhanced the property by incorporating decomposed granite along the house’s side. The grand finale featured the meticulous installation of Zoysia Zeon sod using our thorough 28-step process.
This project showcased our full range of services, ultimately fulfilling Eric’s dream of an inviting and well-maintained yard.
