How to get started

Give us a call, text or fill out the new sprinkler installation form.
We will contact you to discuss your installation.
We will come by your property and check the following: Water Pressure, Meter Location, and model, measure lawn square feet, look for how many obstructions there are on the property such as sidewalks or driveways or other hardscape structures that we would have to bore under. We also look for elevation and type of soil and drainage. All of these factors affect sprinkler installation costs.

If possible we will also need a copy of your site home survey.
Once we have gathered all the right information, we come up with your estimate. We use a computer program called Rain Bird CAD to accurately design your system.
Once you have accepted the estimate we schedule your project. We are usually finished within 2 or 3 days.

Sprinkler Options & Price:
Every lawn is different. The price varies depending on the customer's needs. Some customers want a simple system that waters the lawn only. Others have large lawns with many flower beds, trees, and gardens.  The more features added, the larger the lawn the more the system will cost. But be assured that we will do a professional installation for your project no matter the size.

SPRINKLER Valves and Boxes
VB Series Valve Boxes
Work faster and easier with a Rain Bird Valve Box. We've created unique knock-outs for easy pipe placement and reduced installation time – so no more tedious cutting. And the knock-outs slide back into place above the pipe to keep out dirt on backfill.
All Rain Bird Valve Boxes were engineered to maintain their horizontal and vertical integrity under load, even with the knock-outs removed.
Other unique features include a bolt hole knock-out to help keep critters out of the box when the locking bolt isn't used and a shovel access slot on the side of the box that makes it easy to remove the lid.

RN High Efficiency Rotary Nozzles
0.6 in/hr precipitation rate from 13 to 24 feet
Rain Bird® Rotary Nozzles provide water efficiency and design flexibility. Rotary Nozzles feature rotating stream technology which uniformly delivers water at a low precipitation rate, significantly reducing runoff and erosion. Retrofitting standard spray nozzles with Rotary Nozzles can reduce flow by up to 60%, and improve water efficiency by up to 30%. Nozzle spray pattern and distance are easily adjusted by hand with no tools required.Thick wind-resistant streams ensure efficient performance in adverse real-world conditions. Large water droplets cut through the wind, so water stays in the target zone without misting or fogging. An exclusive manual flush feature keeps nozzles clear of dirt and debris even in extreme conditions.
